Energy Fitness Professionals have now opened a new Fitness & Wellbeing centre at "Sun Microsystems" European Head Office in the Thames Valley area. This state of the art corporate fitness facility will provide the employees with a Dance Studio, a fully equipped fitness centre, with a wide range of cardiovascular, free weights and fixed resistance machines. The employees will be able to indulge in any of the holistic therapies or treatments available in one of the three dedicated Treatment Suites. Also available is the Energy Concierge Service, a pioneering new service, currently only available through Energy Fitness Professionals. This new service takes the stresses and strains out of daily life for the employees; whilst allowing them to focus on their work.

Corporate Gym :

This 3,000 square feet facility opened in September 2000. With over 1500 employees on site the Summit Centre is aiming to attract 40% of the work force. The facility comprises a wide range of Precor cardiovascular training equipment, (with heart rate and "smartrate" technology), and Competition Line resistance machines and free weights. The Summit Centre allows members to train to background music or to take advantage of the CV mounted "Activstation" units, which allow the user to listen and watch one of the many satellite or music channels. All members receive an in-depth fitness assessment, personal fitness Programme and regular one-to-one workouts. After training members are encouraged to relax in one of the saunas or the relaxation area.
