Energy Fitness Centre has evolved…have you? Energy Fitness Centre (EFC), based at the Aldershot Tennis Centre, is undergoing a massive transformation. Based on its popularity with the public and ever increasing membership, Energy Fitness Professionals have committed to the investment of refurbishing the gym, increasing its floor space with over 30% to 1300 sq. ft. The Fitness
Centre features state of the art training equipment with cardiovascular
equipment increased from 11 stations to 20, and resistance stations
up to 14 after the refurbishment. A wide range of free weights and functional
fitness aids are available to enable specific training programmes and
add variation to members’ exercise programmes. Carefully planned
42” plasma television screens and integrated stereo system offer
the members a wide choice of entertainment and music channels. The new
interior design involves a colour scheme and an architectural layout
which maximises the Fitness Centre’s natural light and space. In addition EFC has had a high demand for Healthy Living weight management courses and now offers courses like Body results and Slim Fit, as well as personal training sessions.
