This site employs over 2000 people, and 'the gym' is aiming to attract a third of the workforce. The facility itself comprises of state of the art fitness centre, with 12 pieces of Precor cardiovascular equipment (with smart rate technology), a full range of resistance equipment and free weights area, with a sky satellite system with surround sound to take the clients mind off the pain! The club opened in January 2002 and attracted over 300 members within the first two weeks! Although the staff are fully booked up until mid March 02, the club is looking to implement a wide range of new classes and sports and social events in the near future. |

Fitness Professionals have recently opened a number of new clubs throughout
the U.K from Government Departments to large International companies.
Worldcom is an International company that is leading the way in global
communications. The company have recently built a new U.K Head Office
in Reading, investing in a new fitness suite and wellbeing centre that
reflects the quality of the new building and Worldcom's commitment to
its staff.
The
facility also has a treatment room, where a wide range of services are
offered, from Swedish massage to aromatherapy and physiotherapy (to
help relieve stress from every day grind in the office). There is also
a fully equipped studio, with a sprung wooden floor and top of the range
music system.
